Join the Alumni Association Board for a virtual oyster tasting with Dylan's Oyster Cellar. Co-owners Irene Donnelly Salmon '02 and Dylan Salmon will talk guests through three different oyster farming regions and provide tasting notes for each example oyster. They will also taste and discuss their coddie - a regional classic, and give guests a mixology demo of their famous Surfer Rosa cocktail! The floor will be open for guest questions and comments at times during the event.
